Welcome to Focus On Cars. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of focusoncar.com and the services we provide. By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Focus On Cars provides automotive collision repair, paint, body, and frame services. All services are subject to vehicle inspection, parts availability, and final written estimate. Verbal estimates are preliminary only and not binding.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Online estimate requests and photo submissions provide a preliminary range only. Final pricing is determined after in-person inspection of the vehicle. Hidden damage, additional parts, or unforeseen repairs discovered during the work may increase the final cost. Any changes will be communicated and require your approval before proceeding.
3. Insurance Claims
We work with all major insurance carriers. While we coordinate with your insurance provider on your behalf, you remain responsible for any deductibles, non-covered charges, and balances not paid by insurance.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, online, or in person. We request 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in rescheduling delays.
5. Vehicle Drop-Off and Pickup
You agree to remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to drop-off. Focus On Cars is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Vehicles must be picked up within 5 business days of repair completion notification, after which storage fees may apply.
6. Payment
Payment in full is due upon completion of repairs unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, certified checks, and insurance direct payments. Returned checks are subject to a fee.
7. Warranty
We provide a limited warranty on our workmanship. Warranty terms are provided in writing at the time of service and do not cover damage caused by accidents, neglect, modifications, or wear and tear unrelated to the original repair.
8. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, request services, submit a form, or opt in to SMS messaging from Focus On Cars. By providing your phone number or submitting any form on focusoncar.com, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Focus On Cars does not knowingly collect personal information from, or send SMS messages to, anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information and remove the number from our messaging list.
9. SMS Terms of Service
Focus On Cars sends SMS text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided their phone number and opted in. Messages may include repair status updates, appointment reminders, estimate follow-ups, and occasional service-related communications. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive these messages from Focus On Cars.
- Cancel at any time: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (310) 629-9044. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at macias.oscarr@gmail.com or (310) 629-9044.
- Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 2-6 messages per repair or appointment cycle. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

10. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Interfere with site operation or other users
11. Intellectual Property
All content on focusoncar.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Focus On Cars and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
12. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Estimates and information provided online are preliminary and subject to change after physical inspection.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus On Cars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Focus On Cars, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
16. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal action, you agree to first contact us in good faith to attempt resolution. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
